BIOGRAPHY:
Penny Paul graduated from the University of British Columbia
with an LLB in 1982 and was called to the bar in British
Columbia in 1983.
Prior to law school, Ms. Paul was in the Faculty of Commerce
at the University of British Columbia where she achieved
a placement on the Dean's Honour List in accounting/finance.
She has practiced primarily family law and wills and estates
for almost twenty years with a particular interest in
issues around dividing corporate assets.
Ms Paul has completed both her mediation and collaborative
law training courses.
