BIOGRAPHY:
I am a Certified Mediator and a Chartered Accountant.
I am experienced in mediating divorces and separations,
particularly where financial issues are involved. I am
on the BC Roster of Family Mediators.
In most separations and divorces assets and liabilities
are divided and support payments may be required. The
separating couple need to agree on the values of their
assets, which may include family businesses, and how they
will be treated. I am able to assist the parties with
this process.
The parties generally want to know what the future may
hold for them financially. I develop "what if?" scenarios
and provide cash flow projections, based upon current
values of assets and reasonable projections for the future.
