BIOGRAPHY:
Patricia Bond has been practicing mainly in the area of
family law since her call to the bar in 1988 and is a
partner at the firm of North Shore Law LLP, formerly Bradbrooke
Crawford Green, in North Vancouver.
She is an active volunteer in the legal community. She
presently sits on the Ethics Committee and the Mediation
Sub Committee of the Practice Standards Committee of the
Law Society of British Columbia and the editorial board
of the British Columbia Family Practice Manual. As a member
of the executive of the Trial Lawyers Association, she
chairs the Family Law Listserve. She has been a guest
instructor for the University of British Columbia , the
Continuing Legal Education Society, the Professional Legal
Training Course, People's Law School and the Canadian
Labour Congress.
Patricia is committed to assisting her clients in resolving
matrimonial disputes and believes the collaborative approach
can provide a positive and effective resolution while
avoiding costly and acrimonious litigation.
