BIOGRAPHY:
Trained in mediation, collaborative law and conflict resolution, Nicole works with families to resolve disputes in an efficient and compassionate manner. Nicole has a particular interest in assisting families in high conflict. Nicole has received conflict resolution training at UBC Law School, Continuing Legal Education of BC, the Justice Institute of BC and the Family Mediation Practicum Project. Nicole is currently completing the Mediation/Third-Party Intervention Certificate specialization at the Justice Institute of BC. Nicole is deeply committed to collaborative and mediation solutions for marriage dissolution, child related issues and property and asset division.
