BIOGRAPHY:
Dr. Marilyn Beloff is an Individual, Marital, and Family
Therapist, Divorce Mediator, Divorce Coach and Child Specialist.
She was a founding member of Mediation Manitoba, holds
a degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master's degree
in Educational Psychology and a PhD in Depth Psychology.
She is an educator, writer, and has been in private practice
for over twenty-five years. She is former co-chair of
the Collaborative Divorce Group in Vancouver.
With a PhD in depth psychology, Marilyn approaches divorce
from a spiritual perspective, viewing divorce as a possible
catalyst for healing and transformation. Her doctoral
research focused on the use of archetypal ritual for helping
to heal the wounds of divorce. She is currently writing
a book based on her research. As a mother of two wonderful
children and a participant in the ancient Jewish ritual
of divorce (the Get), she weaves her personal, professional,
spiritual, and academic experiences together when working
in the area of divorce. |
