BIOGRAPHY:
Ellen Shapiro is a registered Clinical counsellor specializing
in divorce and separation adjustment with individuals,
children and families. She holds a certificate in conflict
resolution including mediation, and has an extensive background
in child development. She provides parents with educational
consultations on children's needs and strategies for post-divorce
parenting.
She works in the Collaborative Law approach as a child
specialist and divorce coach. She trains family lawyers
and counsellors in the separation process, children's
needs and interests, and factors impacting on maximum
adjustment to family transition for all family members.
