Deb Zutter has over 20 years of experience helping families
uncouple, as a mediator and as a lawyer. Her commitment
to finding and using dispute resolution processes that
help couples reach fair decisions respectfully led her

She received her Masters of Law from Bond University,
Australia in 2004 for research that she did about preparing
for mediation. Deb trains others in communication, negotiation
and mediation skills.
Deb was a founding member of the Vancouver collaborative
law group. In the years since the group's formation, Deb
has worked with other members of the collaborative law
team to ensure that clients get the services that they
need. Each family is unique, bringing its own skills and
challenges to the negotiation table.

and conflict resolution training services. She is committed
to helping families choose the right dispute resolution
process to reach fair and voluntary outcomes.
