BIOGRAPHY:
Diane Bell was called to the Bar of British Columbia in
1985. She chairs both the Family Law and Alternate Dispute
Resolution Practice Groups at the firm, Clark, Wilson,
where she is a partner.
Diane practices family law as both a lawyer and a mediator.
She received her collaborative law training from the Continuing
Legal Education Society of BC in March 2001. Diane contributes
to numerous publications including, among others, the
Family Law Agreements Manual, the British Columbia Family
Practice Manual, the British Columbia Family Law Sourcebook,
and the Professional Legal Training Material. |
