BIOGRAPHY:
Carol has practised law for over 30 years and always tries to find the negotiated settlement, if possible, in all areas of her practice.
This is especially important in Family Law particularly if children are involved. Negotiations are always backed up by the appropriate legal position which can otherwise be pursued. Carol will provide all couples with the appropriate agreement to manage the assets of each relationship whether it is cohabitation, marriage, separation. If you are living with someone, or planning to live with someone you may require legal advice to manage your assets in a fair and equitable manner.
