BIOGRAPHY:
Barbara Bulmer has practiced family law for the past 30 years, representing clients in negotiation, mediation, collaborative law and court proceedings. She appeared as counsel primarily in the BC Supreme Court and BC Court of Appeal and also before the Supreme Court of Canada, various tribunals and Provincial courts.
Barb has a bachelor of Arts (UBC) Master of Science (New York) and LLB (UBC) and is a partner in the firm of Maxwell Bulmer Hopman.
She was involved in social work and labour relations for 6 years prior to law school and raised a family along the way. Her areas of preference now are mediation and collaborative law. |
