Alyson specializes in issues pertaining to separation and divorce. Trained as a parent educator, mediator, parent coordinator and co-parent counsellor, she creates a safe place for children to grieve any feelings of loss, build self-esteem and regain a sense of control in their lives.She also guides parents through this challenging time and has helped many families adjust to this difficult life transition.

Alyson is a trained Collaborative Law Divorce Coach and Child Specialist assisting families in reducing conflict and working towards a healthy resolution for the entire family. Alyson believes that people are immensely creative and guides them to use this strength in their efforts towards growth and transformation. Respect and encouragement are foundations of her counselling relationships.
